CONCEPT PLANNING
Our love for attention to details and individual emotional touches make your wedding a unique, luxurious wedding with personal touch of the bride and groom. To create unforgettable moments, according to your wishes, we design an individual concept for your wedding and incorporate it into every detail. All the planning around the decoration and stationery, as well research for the optimal locations for your wedding will be done by us. We will plan and can carry-out the site inspection of your chosen location.
VENDORS ACQUISITION & TEAMWORK
To execute the perfect wedding, we take care of vendor and service management, the contract negotiations and the logistic planning with all the vendors. This means, the entire communication, organization and coordination of those involved during the planning and on the day of the wedding is in our care. We only work with trustworthy, reliable, high quality, and best in industry vendors in Germany and Europe, so the best offer is guaranteed. You will receive the contracts and paperwork directly from all service providers. We take no commissions from any vendor. This guarantees that your interests are taken care of, and together we are choosing the right service provider that fits to you and your wedding concept.
AVAILABILITY FOR QUESTIONS & MEETINGS
We are available to you and your guests from the start of the wedding planning as a constant contact person for any questions. In this way, questions about possible arrival and accommodation, contributions and surprises can be optimally coordinated. We will take care of budget management, which will constantly be updated and available to you. This ensures that you always have an overview of all the offers, costs and services. During the entire planning period until after the wedding, we will be your trusting partner and will be available to you for meetings and consultations. Your satisfaction and stress-free time to enjoy the anticipation of the wedding while we plan, are our highest priority. We will use your favorite communication channel.
WEDDING DAY
Your big day is here! After the detailed plan and briefing the vendors, we will personally be present on the day of your wedding, or even on a preparation day before, if wanted. From bridal couple preparation, guest accommodation and coordination of all service providers, wedding vendors including the implementation of the decoration concept on site, we will take care of perfect coordination and be there to take all the worries and stress away from you and your family. So together with your guests you may laugh, shine, enjoy on your special day, and celebrate you & your love!
